Westlake Project

When we first met with the homeowner for this project, the property was a blank canvas with no flower beds or lawn. We created a 3D landscaping design to present to the homeowner, exploring a range of ideas and possibilities. Originally, the plan included a pool, but due to an extended waiting period for a custom pool, we had to pivot our design and focus on the main outdoor living area instead.

We began the project by building out the front landscaping, as the final grade approval from the city was delayed until late November. We installed LED outdoor lighting and laid down sod in the front yard, just in time for Christmas in 2021.

In May of 2022, we started on the backyard living space, which took four months to complete. We installed a custom stamped concrete patio with a sitting wall and columns, featuring LED lighting under the caps for a stunning ambiance at night. To enhance the space further, we added a Breckenridge Wood Pavilion with a ceiling fan, creating a shaded area for outdoor relaxation. We also incorporated large landscape boulders and additional sod to complete the outdoor space.

Our team is thrilled with the final result and proud to have exceeded the homeowner's expectations. Despite challenges along the way, we were able to create a stunning and functional outdoor living space that the homeowner will enjoy for years to come.
